After having had dog’s for most of our adult life my wife and I had decided that maybe it was time to take a break from pooches, we just couldn’t hold out though and I think the realisation is that while ever we can dog’s will part of our life.
There has of course been sadness but so much happiness and fun. Ephemeral is not a word I often use or even think about but it does seem to fit well with the short action packed time dogs spend with us in relation to our hopefully longer lifespans.
A new friend appeared on the scene a few weeks ago and this photo was taken of her at The Yorkshire Sculpture Park today while having coffee and cake (not the dog), just before a cold March downpour. All concerned had a great afternoon.
